Clear prices, agreed before we start. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices, no bill arriving for a phone call.
We do not publish a full price list, simply because the work varies too much for one number to be fair. The work genuinely varies - how many policies you hold, what level you are assessed at, how many programmes you budget across. So instead of a list, we built an estimator that asks about your situation and gives you a real figure, broken down line by line. Below that are the rules we work to, which matter more than any number.
Rather than a price list that cannot know your situation, we built an estimator. Answer a few questions about what you need, pop in your email, and we will send you a figure broken down line by line.
Work out your priceWhat is not in any of our prices. GST, and travel and accommodation. Where the work needs us on site - a workshop, a board session, an audit, an assessment visit - travel is charged at cost on top of the fee. We tell you what it will be and agree it with you in writing before anything is booked, so it never turns up as a surprise on an invoice.
You know what it costs before we start, travel included. If scope changes, we talk about it before the work happens, not afterwards on an invoice.
Charging by the hour punishes us for being efficient and makes you hesitate before picking up the phone. Neither is good for you.
A Financial Health Check covers one entity. A Risk Management Framework is the policy, the procedure and a register template. One revision round. The estimator sets out what each price covers, line by line, and if something falls outside we say so before we do it.
If a review leads to the bigger piece and that work would repeat what we have done, the review fee comes off. Where it is genuinely new work, it is charged on its own.
Need it inside a month? Tell us the actual date first. The loading covers displacing work already booked, not extra hours, and a change to the sequence often solves it at the standard fee.
Project work is billed in instalments across the engagement, not in one lump at the start or a bill you do not see coming at the end. We will fit the timing to your funding cycle where we can.
If a fixed-price review is all you need, that is where it ends. And where a job needs a specialist we are not, we will say so and bring in the right one.
Our accreditation mahi gets you ready for assessment. Te Kāhui Kāhu grants accreditation, HealthCERT issues certification, CHRA registers housing providers. We are none of those.
Have a kōrero with us. The first conversation is free, and we will tell you honestly what you need, which is sometimes less than you think.
Get in touchAll prices exclude GST. Prices also exclude travel and accommodation. Where we need to be on site, travel is charged at cost, and we agree it with you in writing before anything is booked. Project work is billed in instalments across the engagement rather than in one lump - a deposit to start, then monthly, with the balance on delivery. Ongoing support is billed monthly in advance. We prepare organisations for assessment; we do not grant accreditation, issue certification, or act as an auditor.
